The reason I have a lot of respect for people like my pledge bro and you, for example, is that you don't use it as an excuse. You're rocking like a dozen different projects all the while balancing family life. I'm just not sure I would be the same way and that's why I have a tremendous amount of respect for you. I think that's great because I'm sure a lot of people (especially us reticent dudes) don't want to talk about it. The reason I have a lot of respect for people like my pledge bro and you, for example, is that you don't use it as an excuse. You're rocking like a dozen different projects all the while balancing family life. I'm just not sure I would be the same way and that's why I have a tremendous amount of respect for you.

My own fault for ignoring family history and not taking better care of myself. If I mention it, it will only be to educate others on what I'm doing to keep it in control. Fortunately, the cholesterol isn't an issue with my diet changes. I'll definitely check out the red yeast rice extract though. I need to get my LDL up a bit, just thankful my HDL dropped like a rock over the past few months. Yeah, found out just before Thanksgiving last year.
