The First Day Back

Today marked my wife’s first day back to work from her maternity leave. It goes without saying that I had a good deal of anxiety heading into today. I stayed up late last night due to the anxiety, plus I was compulsively refreshing the Pepsi website to see how CureJM would fare in the August Refresh Everything contest.

Life as a status symbol?

Towards the end of April I was contacted by a writer who was going to be doing an article on stay at home dads for Marie Claire magazine. Since I’m interested in doing whatever I can to paint stay at home dads in a positive light, I accepted the interview request.
