That's very cool! (Yes, I'm catching up on my reader: what about it? ) I watched Top Chef for a while in the first season and when they were in Chicago but haven't caught it lately. Too many reality shows, not enough time!

What a great opportunity! I imagine that had to be inspiring. Also, don't sell yourself short! Your dishes seem top notch to me. Of course this is coming from a guy who's specialty is mac and cheese (although not the straight out of the box kind, I do put in a little effort).

Thanks, yes, the sibling rivalry was definitely a great angle. Michael reminds me of my brother whereas I'm more reserved like Bryan. Easily one of my favorite shows on TV.
