It's actually up now if you want to take a look. I just finished revamping the navigation scheme and have a few pages to re-write. We've got a few posts that will be going up throughout the playoffs, but the real launch will start just after the Super Bowl.

I couldn't agree with you more. One of my best friends and Steely Dad are both big Cowboys fans, so I'm rooting for them to win. That and I really want Mr. Wrangler to get sent home to sulk on his tractor.

Very true, especially with USC about ready to implode (Lane Kiffin, really?) and Florida will probably take a new step back without Tebow. Texas certainly has a shot to return.

Hey, I like the Bills, as long as they aren't playing my Patriots. I just hope Wilson gets his act together an hires a real coach this time around. Jauron was a good DC, but not a good HC. And, hey, they got younger at GM if you consider Levy was the last true GM they had :)

Good luck with the draft blog. Let me know when it is ready and I will check it out. My football thought is that I hope the Cowboys kill the Vikings and end all this Brett Favre talk.

Oh I was definitely hopeful alright =-) They'll have a strong team next year at least, and in a couple more they should get another shot.

That's great stuff on the NFL site, and I hear you on the contributing part. That's dwindled for me too. Still, you've got a solid network base from your personal blog and that's going to pay huge dividends in getting things moving. Everyone's either a football fan or knows one. And you know I'm going to be following your every insight concerning by beloved Bills (yeah, I know. Don't say it.)

I understand that, but you had to be encouraged that Gilbert almost brought them back. Personally, I was rooting for Alabama (I have no college football ties, I went to a D3 school) because Saban made Dolphins fans miserable, but I thought the way Texas' D was playing and the adjustments made to the offense to get Shipley involved they could have pulled it out.

I gathered that from your post, just got back from your blog. Honestly, the NFL blog could actually turn into something commercially viable. As we've talked about, I have no interest in doing that here. I'm just having fun, but at some point I need to contribute to the household with another kid on the way. And if some of the stuff we've come up with pans out, it could prove to be financially rewarding. Then again, it could all be wishful thinking on my part. Wouldn't be the first time I thought something was a good idea that turned out not to be.
