		<description>Rather than rinsing the outer coating off, I toast it - this removes the bitter taste and give the quinoa another taste dimension that is just lovely.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It&#039;s easy - just toast in a non-stick pan for about 10 mins on medium heat, moving constantly, of course.  You can tell it&#039;s ready when the color deepens and it smells faintly of peanut butter.</description>
