Yesterday Sweatshirt Blanket, a client of mine, launched their Spread Your Warmth campaign to do some social good. Through the Spread Your Warmth campaign Sweatshirt Blanket will be using their blog and product to help help raise awareness for the many wonderful causes out there.
Each month they will ask their readers and followers to select a charitable cause or organization that they have profiled to win a dozen customized sweatshirt blankets free of charge (an approximate retail value of $360.00).
If you are involved with or would like to nominate any charitable causes or organizations, participating in the Spread Your Warmth campaign is simple. All you have to do is complete their Nomination Form with as much information that you have available so that they may profile them on their blog.
Sweatshirt Blanket wants to hear about the causes that you are passionate about no matter how big or small. For each nominated charitable cause or organization they will write a post about them to help raise awareness for their mission.
The blog post that is created will be that charitable causes’ official entry into the contest. All entries posted during a particular calendar month will then be put to a vote of their Facebook fans, Twitter followers and blog subscribers to determine the winning organization.
For complete details on the Spread Your Warmth campaign, please visit the Official Rules page over on Sweatshirt Blanket’s website.
If you would like to show your support for the Spread Your Warmth campaign, then please feel free to grab a Campaign Button to display on your site or blog.
Personally, I am very excited about this campaign and hope that through it we can help raise awareness for very worth causes and do some good.
I hope you will consider sharing the things that drive you with us. Feel free to check out the Sweatshirt Blanket blog, follow us on Twitter or become a fan on Facebook.
Disclosure: I receive compensation from Sweatshirt Blanket to promote and manage the Spread Your Warmth campaign, as well as author content on their blog and manage their social networking channels including Twitter and Facebook.

Sounds like a cool idea. I'll look over the form and get crackin'. -Jason
I'm going to go check it out. I'm passionate about Project Linus. They give homemade blankets (usually made by old ladies who volunteer their time) to kids who are in hospital. Alan got one two years ago and I've been pitching them ever since.
Thanks Jason, I hope all is well with you. Looking forward to seeing who you nominate. pj
That is a pretty interesting cause, love to profile them on the blog. Hope you send a nomination in.
Sounds like a very cool idea.
Thanks Jack, I'm hoping it takes off, after all there is only so much you can blog about a blanket.
