Chicago may have Abe Froman the Sausage King, but Charlotte has me, the Chicken King!

Back in early March I wrote about my entry into my very first cooking competition in a post entitled Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner. Well, I’m pleased to report that yesterday my dish, Braciole di Pollo, was awarded the grand prize in the Perdue Verifiably Good Video Contest.
